Yes.
Many battery contacts are gold plated for wear resistance and corrosion protection. Gold plating helps improve reliability and extends product lifetime.
Typically gold plating is used.
Yes, INTA has the technology and equipment to assemble both packages and lead frames. Restrictions apply, contact B.Kneedler 408-748-9955 x113 for further details.
Yes, INTA supplies a large number of copper tungsten components to various customers.
INTA Technologies supplies CuW blanks for many uses including heat sinks and EDM electrodes. If you would like pricing information please send drawings, requirements and desired CuW grade (90/10 or 80/20 for example) to contact@intatech.com
Quality and on-time delivery are our main objectives at INTA Technologies. To ensure high quality products and services we employ a quality management system which includes many features. We use special software to schedule and track WIP. We inspect parts at incoming and in process under magnification. We also use sophisticated equipment such as an XRF machine to accurately gage and document coating thicknesses. CoC’s are provided along with each shipment. To discuss our quality policy and processes please contact George Baltazar, Quality Manager 408-748-9955 x123

Yes, visitors are encouraged. All tours commence from INTA’s headquarters on Calle de Luna in Santa Clara. INTA operates two facilities so please identify your area of interest when setting the appointment (contact sales@intatech.com to set an appointment). One facility is used for plating, coating, assembly, brazing, heat treating and testing. The other facility (Calle del Mundo) is used primarily for machining components.
Design for manufacturability (DFM) is key to project success. Count on INTA Technologies to provide guidance during the design and prototype phase. Making changes late in a design cycle can cause problems, include INTA from the onset of your project to ensure cost-savings and manufacturability. Material selection, tolerances and much more go into DFM. Contact INTA for further details.
