The company now known as INTA Technologies Corporation was previously known as International Technical Associates or InTA. The name changed in the late 1990’s due to an ownership change.
1978.
No, many years ago the company was located in the neighboring city of Sunnyvale.
2006.
INTA has a low turnover rate. Most of the employees have been working for INTA for many years. Quite a few employees have been working for INTA over ten (10) years.
Yes, after 90 days. INTA offers an excellent package which is low-cost for the employee without compromising on quality of care or coverage limits.
INTA uses harsh chemicals and lots of energy in order to manufacture and plate components. However, INTA obeys all laws and eliminates harsh chemicals whenever possible. We regulate air flows to eliminate or slow evaporation and we limit waste by using enviro-friendly practices such as long drag-out and RRR principles. INTA has a recycle program in place and the program is well received by the employees. INTA maintains HVAC equipment to help lower energy use. INTA also has many large windows around the two facilities (in addition to skylights) which allow for natural light usage and lower electricity usage. INTA also sends reps to attend conferences relating to environmental issues. The reps then prepare reports and forward the reports along with recommendations to the management team.
INTA has equipment that other plating companies do not. INTA has experience and state-of-the-art facilities which many of the competitors do not. INTA is ISO 9001:2008 certified, most platers are not. INTA follows all laws and ordinances, some plating companies do not. INTA Technologies has many furnaces and surface prep machines which allow for faster throughput, less outsourcing, better quality and better process control. Many other plating shops do not have any of this type of expensive equipment.
INTA Technologies Corp. serves many industries and is not captive to a single industry. Single customers do not account for a large percentage of our revenue. Industries served include: aerospace, medical, defense, light, sound, aviation, electronics, semiconductor, energy, analytical instruments, machine shops, etching companies.
The most important thing INTA can accomplish is to meet customer requirements on-time and eliminate returns. INTA has been in business for approx. thirty (30) years and has built a reputation of high quality.
