INTA Technologies offers brazing of metal and ceramic to metal assemblies to a wide range of industries including medical and life science, aerospace and military, green energy and telecommunications. We produce assemblies for vacuum electron devices and bio-compatible implantable devices and many more.

Our capabilities include vacuum, hydrogen, and torch brazing to produce metal-to-metal, ceramic-to-metal and ceramic-to-ceramic assemblies. Our atmosphere controlled, air, and vacuum furnaces can braze at temperatures ranging from 360° to 1100°C. We also employ step brazing at temperatures of 360° to 1100°C as well as the utilization of torch brazing equipment.

Working with numerous alloy and materials, our brazing operations are automated and performed in programmable batch furnaces. Meeting mechanical, dimensional, electrostatic, and thermal compliances, all of our assemblies pass helium mass spectrometer leak detection (10-11 mbar L/sec) and Rockwell testing.

At INTA Technologies, we take quality seriously; our facility is AS-9100 and ISO 9001:2008 certified, and is able to meet a wide range of industry standards.
